Pre-Construction Update

     Due to the strong demand, and limited supply of Pre-Construction condos, it may be difficult initially, to secure a first position on any condos on the Gulf Coast at the present time. This is not to say its totally impossible, but could take time. My suggestion to all potential investors is to register with our team so you are on a list. This will at least be a starting point. I strongly urge anyone interested in these types of investments, to look at existing units, build some equity, and then we will try and get you a pre-construction sometime in the future. You will at least be in the appreciation curve, building equity, depreciating for tax purposes, and personally using your condo two weeks a year. Existing units have seen an amazing appreciation rate over the past year . We do expect the prices to level off at some time, but we do not think they will decrease. There is too much demand for condos everywhere on the Gulf Coast. We cannot predict the future, and will not guarantee future growth or appreciation, but if the trends continue, your investment in Gulf Coast properties will grow steadily over time. Also, buying Re-Sales in pre-construction units is a good idea . Even though the price is higher, your investment over time will grow as well, and in the future you will sell at a higher price. The only difference in buying second,  third, or other positions in resales, is the price is higher, obviously, and the holding period is longer than the initial first offering.
