We had talked with a couple of other brokers in the area that seemed to not be willing to spend the time and answer all of the questions that we had about buying a condo since this was our 1st second house purchase. Renae stuck with us and answered every question we had until we settled on the unit that we wanted. We even developed a trust with her that we were able to make an offer and closed on our unit without either of us ever seeing the condo.”
