We will share the latest information on sales and active competition. This will help price your property to sell.
- Place your listing on our web site at www.peteonthebeach.com for Internet exposure. The more people we expose the property to, the faster a sale develops.
- Place your property in the BaldwinCounty Multiple Listing Service and on the Internet with www.Realtor.com. To access the site: www.realtor.com/baldwincounty/petevakakes .
- Design, prepare, and distribute a custom flier to agents through Constant Contact. It should describe the best qualities of your home or condo. The design should include email which has a monthly newsletter to promote the Team and properties. Include links to Internet sites.
- Suggest better ways to present the property and offer suggestions to help in the marketing process. (This is very important as it will increase the likelihood of a sale!!)
- Provide follow up on showings and report any negative remarks.
- Place a “for sale” sign (if permitted) on the unit balconies or in front of the home.
- Where applicable, place a lock box on property to facilitate more showings.
- Be available for showings by our team and cooperate with other agents to present your property in the best possible manner.
- It is also important to know that our service never ends – even after the sale.
